Refund Policy

We do not accept Return of Products

Our consumer do not have the right to return any items as all of them are made to order.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If delivery failed because of

a) wrong shipping address;

b) the Customer can not be reached after various attempts; or

c) the Customer refuses to sign the parcel when it is delivered to the address specified on the Order,

Your order will not be shipped again and no refund will be issued considering the cost we bear, including costs of shipping, time and labor that are lost.

Delay

Delayed delivery happens in various conditions, this will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order either.

Full refund of defective products

Any product that is defective or that does not meet the description, we will issue a full refund once proof is sent by the customer.
